With a deep background in professional cycling and team management, he oversees race strategy and rider operations, ensuring the team competes at the highest level while building a strong, sustainable program.

Kristine oversees all of 604 Project Racing’s operations and athlete support, keeping the program running seamlessly behind the scenes. From strategic insight, finance, partnerships, marketing and rider wellbeing, she draws on her three decades of experience in business, recruitment and corporate leadership development to co-create a healthy, culture where athletes can develop as humans on and off the bike; performing at their best.
